Coach Jennifer Sugg

Hi, my name is Jennifer Sugg. I am the 6th grade math teacher and one of the 6th grade science teachers. I am also an assistant varsity coach for the sports of volleyball, basketball, track, and softball. I also assist with coaching Junior High athletics. This is my second year at West Hardin.

Last year at West Hardin, I taught 6th grade math and science. I was also one of the girls junior high coaches. I coached volleyball, basketball, and track. I also assisted with the HS track program.

I am a 1999 graduate from Lake Dallas HS, in Lake Dallas, TX. I attended college at Tarleton State University, in Stephenville, TX. I graduated in 2004 from TSU with a B.S. in General Biology. I also attended Tarleton for a year to work on my Master's degree in Biology, which is temporarily on hold.

My first teaching job was at Chester ISD (2006-2008). While working there I taught 6-8 Science, Biology, IPC, and a TAKS prep class. I also was the Assistant  JH/HS Volleyball coach,and  Varisty Softball Coach for 1 year. My second year there, I was the District UIL Coordinator (K-12), the pep squad sponsor, and junior class sponsor.

On June 20, 2008, I married Bobby Sugg from Evant, TX. He is currently an employee here at WHS. He is an Assistant HS football coach, Head HS Powerlifting Coach, 8th grade basketball coach and Assistant JH/HS Track Coach. He also teaches 6th grade Social Studies and 7th grade History. This is his third year teaching at this district.
