West Hardin C.C.I.S.D. is excited to participate in the Texas Education Service Center Curriculum Collaborative (TESCCC) and to use CSCOPE as a curriculum support system with our students.

CSCOPE is a comprehensive curriculum management system built on the most current research-based practices in the field. CSCOPE provides curriculum for core area subjects K-12 (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies). It is aligned with state standards, the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), and the state assessment, Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS).

Exemplar lessons are included for teacher study and/or use; these lessons are based on the highly effective and research based 5-E model of instruction (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate.) Other resources are available for student and teacher use as well.
